Thank you treat bag note card and weekly deals

Hi all

Every time a customer orders from me I like to give a little gift or card to show my appreciation and make the recipient feel special.

This is the gift my customers will receive this month

I love the Rose Red and the Typeset background papers are ultra lightweight so feel like they came straight from the pages of a vintage book. And isn't the Mini Treat bag much more fun than an envelope?

Colour chalenge - Celebrate Today

Hi all

I took part in another colour challenge this week, challenge is definitely the word as it's a colour combination I wouldn't have chosen myself!

CAS Colour and Sketches Challenge #112

I thought the colours would be great for a boy's birthday card, this may be because I'm a mother of boys that both love the colour orange.

Thanks for stopping by!

There's always something to be thankful for

Hi all

Today I'd like to show you a card I made inspired by a few things. First of all I wanted to include the Pansy punch because it's in this weeks weekly deals (yay!) and the sentiment 'There's always something to be thankful for' seemed to resonate as we enter into Lent. The colour pallet was inspired by Hello Honey, also in the weekly deals.

The sentiment comes from the You brighten my day stamp set which you can order FREE for a limited time during Sale-a-Bration when you place a £45 order.  The stamp which is part of a set of 9 is designed to co-ordinate with the Note tag punch but as I didn't want the tag border I inked my stamp with a Stampin' write marker.

I used the Flower Shop stamp set which co-ordinates with the Pansy punch for a quick, sophisticated effect.

Sketch challenge time! Spring is coming....

Hi all

It's time to bring you my offering for this week's challenge again!

Challenge #111 Sketch challenge

It's really simple but it scared me a bit, I'm not too proud to admit that despite my approx 15 years of paper crafting experience! It's not that it's technically difficult, just out of my comfort zone.

This is my interpretation, made from a 5x5" card base.

I've added some elements but it's a great sketch if you're just starting out and have a limited amount of crafting stash.

Cute project and Weekly deals

Hi all

I spent a fun morning crafting (and eating cake!) with a lovely group of ladies. I chose to showcase the Big Shot and show just some of what this fab piece of kit can do.

We made this cute little bag, adorable right?

Balloons are for grown ups too!

I thought I'd kick off my 2015 classes with a party theme!

The popcorn jar was CASED from the Stampin' Up! spring/summer catalogue, I just couldn't resist giving it a go. Bit annoying that I'm not allowed to eat popcorn due to my orthodontic braces but at least I won't ruin my lovely jar :)

I love how everything co-ordinates so beautifully and the mini treat bag die is fast becoming one of my favourite products. Ever.

Who says balloons are only for children?
